What is your Processing, Shipping and Return Policy?"

Processing & Shipping Information: Please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, and 3 - 5 business days for your product to arrive upon shipment.  Upon shipment, you will be sent an email and tracking number.  Please contact us should you not receive your product after 7 business days.  Shipment costs are based on First Class Mail rates.  Free shipping for orders over $75 (except when shipments exceed $150 or 20 lbs. due to weight/size related shipping rates.) 
Return Policy:  At Solar Essence, we are dedicated to bringing you exceptional quality products and service.  We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.  You may return any product for refund or replacement. If you have received a damaged product from Solar Essence please allow us to ship you a new product with proof of damage.  Buyers are responsible for any return shipment costs.  Any returns must be accompanied by a receipt and/or invoice and unopened & unused (hygienic shrink band seal on bottle has not been opened).  If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  We aslk that you make your return within 60 days of the Invoice date.

What kind of diffuser do you recommend for using with Solar Essence in holistic aromatherapy application and how much  should I use?

We highly suggest only using an ultrasonic (humidifying/water-based) diffuser to gain the maximum therapeutic benefits of Solar Essence.  
Our Pick (Shown Above):  We recommend the Asakuki 500ml (17 oz) Ultrasonic Aromatherapy Essential Oil Diffuser (lots of features,  shuts off automatically when the water gets too low, safe and convenient to use.)  ATTN: DO NOT USE IN A HEAT DIFFUSER.  
Diffuser Amount: Use 10-30 drops per 100ml (3 1/2 oz) in the essential oil diffuser of your choice.  Remember, less is more when it comes to essential oils, so start with a minimum amount of drops and minimal amount of time (we suggest 1 hour) and increase amounts based on your individual well-being, response and tolerance level.
